How to Print Screen easily

You may need to print the screen to capture into a document, e-mail message, or other file. You can easily do that following some simple steps.

1.      You can take a picture of what is on your screen by pressing ‘PrtSc’ i.e. Print Screen or ‘PRTSCN’ on some keyboards.

2.      You can simply paste the screen capture into a document, e-mail message, or other file. You can paste your screen capture into paint which is a drawing program. You can easily edit the picture.

3.      There are two types of screen captures you can take

·        the entire screen

Press PRINT SCREEN.

·        the active window

If you have many programs open at the same time, you might want a screen capture of only the active window. In that case, you should

Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.
