How to Create your own Logon Message

You can create your own logon message very easily. The message appears on the screen everytime you logon.

1.      G to start. Type “run” in the search box. Open “run”.

2.      Type “regediit”.

3.      Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current version\Winlogon.

4.      Right click LegalNoticeCaption. Click modify.

5.      You can type the caption of the message you want to show on the screen. Click ok.

6.      Right click legalNoticeText. Click modify and then write your message.

7.      Restart the computer.

8.      Now everytime, the message will appear on the screen when you logon.
