2.      Skip ads: Don’t watch the commercials on the television as the images of high calorie foods stimulate the brain’s appetite control center, triggering hunger.

3.      Serve from the stove: Serving dishes from the stove instead of the dining table helps a lot. A  person eats nearly 10% less.

9.      Morning Exercise: Start your day with exercise. This ensure better behavior all day long. People tend to response less to the tempting foods compared to the day they didn’t do a morning workout.

10.  Distract yourself: Food craving generally goes away within 10 minutes. So distract yourself by facebooking, listening to music, watching television or calling a friend.
