Dieting makes you gain weight


If you are dieting for long and not getting any result then this is normal. And if you are losing weight,  then you are losing your muscle weight and soon you will end up with increase in body weight.

If you continue to diet, you will gain weight and keep it on for life.



  •        Dieting decrease the metabolism of the body. Metabolism is the rate at which body use the calories to produce energy. When people go on a diet, their metabolism change. Their body recognizes it’s not getting as much food, as much fuel as it needs. Body starts to store the fats for difficult situations leading to decrease in metabolic rate.

  • ·         For conserving energy, all the body systems move down to minimum. You will be uninterested in anything.

  • ·         Even the lean muscle mass is consumed by the body. Body literally eats itself to generate the energy required. In this way you are not losing right kind of weight. Lean muscles are required for burning calories. They control the metabolism in a way.
