Love Handles
are unwanted fat deposit around the hips. They are called so because they are
like an old lover, they are often very hard to get rid of.
Since spot reduction (i.e. losing weight in
one area of the body) is not possible. So the best and the fastest way to lose
your love handles is by losing weight throughout your whole body.

2. Carbonated Drinks: Avoid carbonated
and high calorie beverages. Water can replace high-calorie drinks like soda and alcohol. It has no
fats, no calories, no sugar. Water suppresses your appetite, so you don't eat as much.
3. Breakfast: Eat breakfast everyday. It
is one of the best thing you can do. If you miss breakfast, then you will be
tempted to eat high calorie food later on.
4. Cardio: Cardio is one of the best
thing you can do for losing weight or for getting good health. It increases the
heart rate and therefore, helps in increasing the metabolic rate.
5. Weight Training: Weight training is
as important as cardio. Lifting weights will help you gain muscles and more
muscles burn more calories.
6. Do dumbbell side bends: Dumbbell side
bends are another great exercise to target the muscles under your love handles.
Standing up, hold one dumbbell at your side and slowly bend your torso
sideways, letting the dumbbell descend toward the floor. Slowly straighten up
to the starting position using the strength of your abdominal muscles. Do 15
reps on each side.
7. Strengthen your Lower back: Strengthening
your abdominal muscles is a key step in reducing your love handles. But
whenever you work on your abs, you should also strengthen the muscles in your
lower back to "balance" the strength in your torso and reduce the fat
on your back.
