2. You eat more: People generally tend
to eat more the next day when they are sleep deprived. People increase their
nighttime snacking and are more likely to chose high-carbohydrate snacks.
Therefore increasing their weight.
3. Lack of energy: If you sleep less,
then you feel tiered. There is lack of energy and in this case, people
generally avoid doing exercise and gain weight. Their metabolic rate also
decrease.
4. Poor food choices: People tend to eat
high calorie food when they don’t sleep properly. They continue to eat when
they are full leading to increase in the weight,
