Here are 4 best ways for losing weight. Many people around the world are trying to lose weight on the daily basis. People who go to the gym also don’t get any result most of the times. Also, diet plans don’t help much. You can even end up with increase in the body weight when you stop following the diet plan.

I have 4 amazing ways for losing weight. I read these ways in a book and followed them and believe me, they are amazing. I myself lost too much weight.

For losing weight, you have to simply follow these 4 golden rules:

1.     Eat when you are hungry: Starving yourself can make you fat. When you starve, your body goes into survival mode and it store fats.

    Also avoid emotional eating. Don’t just eat because you want to eat. Listen to your body and eat if you are really hungry. Sometimes, we misinterpret thirst with hunger. Drink water and see whether you are hungry or not. Don’t eat even when you are satisfied.

2.     Eat what you want: Eat what you want not what you think you should. If you will not eat what you want to eat, then it will become more attractive to you and your desire to eat that thing will keep on increasing. Eat what you want and you will experience the freedom from tension and guilt that come from not following your intuition.

3.     Eat consciously:  Eat consciously and enjoy the food. Enjoy every mouthful. Remove all the distractions from the eating place like T.V. When people eat unconsciously, they never notice the signal from their stomach that lets them know that they are full. So they keep on eating, expanding their stomach and putting on weight

4.     Stop eating when you are full: Studies have shown that the stomach can take up to 20 minutes for sending the signal of satisfaction to the brain. So you should eat slowly giving more time to your stomach.

    There is another way to know that your stomach is full. When you are full, you will notice that each subsequent bite of food becomes a little less enjoyable.
