you will burn. There are less chance of injuries. It is also a fun activity and

require any equipment for this and you can do this anytime, anywhere. It
doesn’t increase the heart rate easily as it is a low impact exercise. Adding hills
and speed-walking can give you desired results.

can easily carry jumping rope anywhere making it an excellent travel exercise.
