Here’s a technique which can help you a lot. You have to follow few simple
steps.
1.      When we run, after sometime we start getting
side ache or sudden pain.
2.      To avoid this, you should run at a
comfortable pace.
3.      Find a comfortable breathing pace
such as on steps 1-2 take a deep breath and on steps 3-4 exhale.
4.      Repeat the cycle.
5.      Breathe in through your nose and out
through your mouth.
